Hello PP Community
I was paid my wages into PayPal from my American employer. I wished to transfer a specific amount into my UK bank account, but each time I went to the transfer screen, and was presented with the option to enter an amount, it only showed USD, and for the life of me, and despite setting the PRIMARY currency to GBP, and everything in my wallet reading GBP, I was only offered the USD option. So I spent about 15 minutes entering different USD amounts to try and get the amount I wanted to transfer in GBP, (ended up overpaying by 1p).
This is a new development. I have been able to transfer all past amounts in GBP, so I am unsure why this has happened this month, and after I have selected GBP as the primary currency. Is there a way to remedy this? Thanks for any help!
