Help! Cash a Check feature will not load on iPhone/ios app, what should i do?

Not sure if this is the right board to post in, but I just experienced this problem. I tried to deposit my check to my PayPal balance and it won’t even load to the page that gets you started. I’ve tried many times and PayPal support is no help. I really need this deposited so any help is appreciated!
