Help 2 euros commissions

Hello! I checked my bank account and everytime i make a payment i got a 2 euros commision, for example, i payed 145 euros and got another 2 euros took from my account

It sounds like there might be a fee assessed when you're making a payment, and I'm sorry to hear that. If you see the fee on PayPal and in your bank, I suggest reviewing this Help Center article as well as our Fees page to determine why it might have been assessed.
If you only see the fee in your bank account, and it's separate from your original transaction, then that would be a fee charged by your bank. (Any fees assessed by PayPal would be added to the payment, so you'd only see one debit in your account.) If your bank charged the fee, please reach out to them directly to find out more.
If you find it was a PayPal fee and you're still uncertain why it was assessed, please reach out to Customer Support through one of the options here.
