Hello, A payment was sent to me via Friends and family; 1. $185 was sent and after the conversion rate, it became 163€. But I only received 155€ 2. Parts of the payment (93€) has been put on hold. Which is unusual because this has not happened to me whenever I’m using a FNF payment. 3. My PayPal is a personal one. Please help me resolve this issue

Bit confused as the option to receive paypal payments in Nigeria is not possible, you can only send funds funded via a card??
