I've been trying to convert my PayPal balance (from USD to PHP) but when I click the 3 dots beside the currency, nothing happens. This is the first time I've encountered this. I've tried contacting Customer Support and the system told me replies would take hours. I've also cleared my cache and cookies, still, the problem persists.
