The past three times I've tried to transfer money to my card or to my bank account instantly the PayPal system decides that's not allowed and makes me wait the full 72 hours. This has resulted in me not being able to eat for multiple days because I didn't have money to eat, resulted in me being kicked out of the place I was staying because the money that was supposed to be in my account was held for 3 days so it was late and they weren't going to accept a late payment, and just overall it's a nuisance. I've tried calling them and I just keep getting told there's nothing we can do other than cancel the payment and put the money back to your Paypal account so you can try again. There is no guarantee that if I try again they will not just hold on to my money for another 3 days though.
