Had a payment go to wife's account instead of mine.

I was trying to receive a payment from beforthright.com, a survey site, but instead i typed in my wife's account and not mine, how do i get it from hers to mine. She doesnt have PayPal balance, so she cant accept the money to send it to me. How can i get it from hers to mine, or can i go to site and request they cancel it to her and send to me?

Surely if she has the option to 'accept' the funds she will then set up a balance?
