HELP, payment declined by ADIDAS, where is my money?

Hello, I made an order in adidas USA website and paid with my debit card using PayPal, the money was taken out from my bank but ADIDAS refused the money. Now the transaction isn't showed in my PayPal account, where is my money now? Will I get it back? Thanks

I understand that you are are unable to view a transaction in your PayPal account. If you can't find a transaction in your PayPal account, it's likely that your payment was completed through our guest checkout. Please read this article to know how this can be done. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
