Guest checkout is no longer available and i am losing sales. How can i raise a concern with Paypal?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Thank you for the reply. I talked to customer service and was told they implemented a new algorithm so that once a customer has used guest checkout they require them to create an account after a certain number of guest check outs. My question is how can I voice an opinion to paypal that this has already cost me business. I have been told by customers that they have canceled their purchases rather than create an account.

Because she told me I had to let someone else know, that customer service did not pass on complaints. Maybe I should call and talk to someone else. I may have just talked to a rude person having a bad day. Thank you.
