Groundhog Day

When I try to make a PP payment PP try to send me an authentication code, but the phone number I have is out of date.  When I try to log in to change the phone and email address, or ask for help, it asks for verification by sending a code to the phone I no longer have.  So I'm trapped in a Groundhog situation.  Can anyone help, please?
