Welcome to the PayPal Community! We're glad to have you here. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your refund yet. Typically, when a payment is refunded there is also an email provided that will inform you have when the refund was issued as well as to what financial. It would specify if the refund is being processed back to your PayPal balance, a linked card or a linked bank account. I hope this helps you out!
