Got a refund, but then taken away from me.

Hey there all. I cancelled an order from Ebay, I seemed to have gotten a refund, but then it was taken from me. I'm not sure if the refund is still in transaction with my bank account. But neither my bank nor Ebay have been any help to me at all.

I am sorry to hear you have not yet received your refund. I know this must be concerning. I can see from your screenshot that the refund has been sent back to your bank account. 

Typically, it take 3-5 business days to process back to your bank account. You should receive the refund in your bank account within this timeframe.
