Getting error message when trying to transfer money to my bank. The Help section has been useless.

Well to be honest your question is equally so as you have given minimal information for us to advise you.

 

New account / new issue.

Withdrawn funds before?

Did you select a balance account or the auto withdrawal option?

Are the funds in the currency of your country or another one?

What is the error message?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card.

Does the name (bank account) and billing address (card) match your paypal account exactly?

Have you confirmed both bank account and card with the 4 digit code?
