Getting an error or no response from page when requesting an Increase to my Hold Amt

I got an email today saying I'm nearing my monthly limit before holds kick in, and I could request an increase.  Howevever, when i click the link and it takes me to the dollar amt screen that I am to pick an amount of business I expect to do, nothing happens.  Occasionally it will give me an error, but i can't get it to acknowledge that I'm requesting an increase so it will give me an answer.   Any suggestions?  I had issues last month too, but finally got it to go through somehow, but I've tried both a computer web browser and my phone today and it either does nothing at all, or finally will say there's an error to try again.
