Getting an Error Withdrawing from both Fnb App and Online

HELLO GOOD DAY ALL I NEED SOME HELP I RECIVED FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT AND EVERYTIME I TRY TO WITHDRAW I GET THIS ERROR BELOW I DONT KNOW WHO I HAVE TO CALL MY FNB BANK OF PAYPAL

Normally, we recommend first making sure the information on your PayPal account matches the info on FNB. If it does and you're still experiencing issues, I'd recommend next reviewing the Qualifying Criteria at the bottom of FNB's support page. Next, you may want to try reaching out to FNB Bank for assistance and then PayPal Support if you have any other questions.
