I had received multiple payments on PayPal which I moved to my bank account in UAE. Initially, there was no issue but for last three transaction that happened towards the end of 2023, I had received a call from my local bank on January end informing me that PayPal has requested reversal of amount. I resisted but they suddenly deducted the amount on start of February. When I contacted local bank they mentioned to check with PayPal as they have requested reversal and when I reached PayPal they mentioned that we never asked for reversal and now my amount is on hold. Now both parties are denying who initiated the case and they are asking me for a written proof from the other party that they have requested. When I requested the proof they both disagree to give me. Did somebody face the same issue before and what choice I have now?
