Hi, my fund is now put on hold and I can't withdraw to Gcash. This is a "friends or family" transaction but paypal didn't let me select it then I chose commercial transaction. Then this happened. Customer chat is unavailable now so I came here to ask you guys. Do you have any ideas to solve my problem? Thank you.
