Funds pending that I transferred to debit card

I tried to transfer funds to my paypal debit card it was supposed to take 30 minutes but there pending and its been over 10 hours please help me

A withdrawal usually takes 30 minutes and occasionally it will be delayed. You can find more information on this article.
