Funds not yet reflected on my balance

Please, someone should help me, I received an email from Paypal about receiving a fund since September but it hasn't reflected in my balance on Paypal. I have sent messages to the customer care but no reply yet. Please what do I do?

Paypal payments are more or less instant unless its an echeck that takes about a week to clear.

So don't send anything if you have not received the funds, are you sure the email was not a spoof?

Can you give some more information on the sale and countries you are both in?
