Hi, transferred amount to friend in Philippines. my friend did not get the exact amount as transferred. transferred around 3291 peso's friend got only 3000 peso. Are there any charges from Paypal and where can i get the charges information
Did you use friends/family OR goods/services to send the payment?
If you used goods/services either because you made a mistake OR the recipient doesn't have the friends/family option in their country (not all countries can receive friends/family payments), then paypal would see them as a seller and charge a fee. Fees are in Paypals user agreement for each country.
