Friends and family payments not available

I have received five payments thru friends and family over several days, all indicate payment completed and I received emails alerting me to funds. Yet pay pal balance is zero. It's over 500.00 since 9/3. Where is the money? I have used paypal for this purpose for years and never had any issues. This is the last time. No accept money message or any other messages. Just zero balance available. Not impressed with chatbots either, unless the point is to make people even more annoyed.

To allow a representative to look into the specifics of your situation, contact with Customer Service is needed. If you have been unable to get an answer to your question from the bot and are unable to navigate to a live agent from there, please try reaching out via Social Media direct private messaging via one of the following handles: Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter/X.

 

I hope this can be resolved quickly!
