What is friends and family no-fee program??

Friends and family payments are free as long as they are funded from a bank account or balance, if you use a card you pay a fee.

Also a fee for currency conversion.

However its against paypal rules to use that option for purchases or sales, they check them regularly and you get a ban if they find out that is what you are doing.

I have to send my friend some emergency funds. It's a decent amount and I don't want to pay fees on it
