Friends and Family option disappearing when sending money to people I always do

I've been sending money through friends and family to the same people frequently, I use to get a message pop up asking if I wanted to send through good and services or friends and family, this option has completely disappeared for some (not all) and can only send through goods and services. How can I help them fix this?

You can't, business accounts no longer have the friends/family option.
