Friend sent money, paypal says “transaction complete” but money not in account

My friend sent me $20 through friends and family. Paypal says it’s “complete” but the money is not in my paypal wallet.

I am also having this issue! The money sure was quick to be snatched from my bank account but the $30 I sent to my friend last week has still yet to turn up in her account and is basically in limbo now. It said it should take no more than 2-3 days but the transaction was complete the day of and now that money is gone, C'mon Paypal!
