So I sent my friend money via F&F using the email they provided, but they said they never received the money. So I decided to do a small test payment and they were able to receive the money. Both times I used the same email, aside from one having a capital letter and the other a lower case. However one of them has a profile pic, while the other doesn't. I'm not really sure what's going on since both payments should be going to the same person.
I think I figured it out. Usually clicking on an email address on discord mobile takes me to the paypal app. This means I don't have to manually type out the recipient's email address. I made sure to double check if the address was correct too. I'm guessing paypal bugged out or something because it was missing a letter.
That being said, that would mean I need to ask whoever I sent the money to to refund me then.
