Friend charged fee when I sent her funds in error.

I just sent money to a sick friend in Brazil.  In the transaction, I was not given the option to indicate it was to a friend rather than goods and services.  I tried 3 times and then concluded that the option would come up after I clicked on "send."  It did not, but it went as "goods or services" and my sick friend who is in dire straits was charged $204.70 - $36.36 USD.  Western Union would have charged $5.  How do I get PayPal to credit her account with the charge made in error?  I've tried the[Removed. Sadly the friends/family option is not available in every country and if it isn't then you are not offered it when you send the funds.

So you sent the funds using the goods/services and she was charged a fee as per policy.

You could have used xoom instead?
