First Time receiving money, how long does it take to receive it?

It's been more than a day since I received money from my commissioner, it's my first time using PayPal. And this is my first money received, I haven't received an update in my activities tab and the commissioner said it is still pending. How does it work?

Perhaps the payment is Pending under review because PayPal is verifying the sender’s payment source before PayPal sends it to you. Give it 24 to 72 hours.
