Hello,
This is my first time using Pay in 4, and the subtotal of the item was $38. I was charged $9.50 by Pay in 4. Then, after completing the order on the store's website (final total: $47.71), I was charged $11.93 for the first payment of the installment plan. I'm confused as to why I was charged $9.50. It says that it is pending. Is this the 'down payment amount', and will this be refunded after the payment plan is completed? I just want to make sure I won't be getting charged twice every payment period. Thanks for your help.
