Find recent transaction

Hello I tried All I can but I just can’t find my transaction on paypal but my bank authorised the payment and I have a receipt too but even my recipient did not recieve the money ! 😩

Country of recipient / currency you sent?

New account or sent before?

Does the recipient say payment on hold or not shown at all?

What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account or does it not show at all?

Is the payment pending in your banking app?
