The item I sold was £11.20 Inc postage in UK.i was charged a fee of 62p.if its 2.9 %fee shouldn't it be 32p fee not 62p?or am I working it out wrong

2.9% + 30p
2.9% of £11.20 = 32p + 30p = 62p so you were charged correctly.
