Failure in withdrawing from paypal to local bank account

I have executed a withdrawal request (from paypal to local bank) since Sep 12th, the status of the transaction showed completed but it's been 8 days already and I have not received the money in my bank account, does anyone have any advice?

I used to withdraw few times in the past and it worked well, I wonder if there is any issue with recent withdrawal system.

Allow 14 days and if no sign of it in your bank account OR bouncing back to your balance then contact your bank and paypal for a trace.
