Failed transaction, Funds deducted, Transaction missing on Activity.

Hello, I need Help. I had a transaction that failed to complete, paypal deducted funds from my card, i recieved an email from paypal with transaction ID. Now the tranaction is absent ony activityand i cant even raise a complaint. The transaction was on 17.10.23. Kindly help

I'm sorry you're having trouble with a recent transaction. It sounds like the purchase may have been processed as a guest checkout. If you see a PayPal transaction on your credit or debit card statement, but can’t find the transaction in your PayPal account, it’s likely that your payment was completed through our guest checkout. A guest checkout transaction happens when PayPal is used as the payment processor, but you weren’t logged into your PayPal account at the time of the purchase. You can click on the link that should be mentioned in the email you received at the time of your purchase. If you have a problem with your guest transaction and want to open a dispute, go to your Resolution Center and click Report a Problem.
