I'm so frustrated. It started a few days ago. I tried to buy a few items off AliExpress. This failed, error something like CSC2000517. Thought it was the site at first, but experienced the same issue with eBay. It's not the card, either, as the bank reports no issues, and I can pay with the card. But I want PayPal protection for AliExpress, because you never know what's going to happen with them. I've both messaged and called PayPal, and all they seem to know is that my attempts are tripping their security. They keep telling me to wait, once for three hours, and the supervisor I spoke to on the phone said to wait until after midnight yesterday. Nothing has worked, and I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?
