Estimated delivery for money transaction has just extended

On the 1st of March I sent some money to my PayPal account. I was told that the estimated delivery would be March 9th. It is now March ninth and now PayPal is telling me that the estimated delivery will be March 26th!! What do I do?

All you can do is wait for it to get to paypal or if it fails it should go back to your bank account.

Why did you need funds in your balance? You do know that is not a requirement for buyers do you?
