Looks like you have recently joined the community and (maybe) are new to PayPal? If so, and if this is the first time you are receiving money from someone for a sales transaction, its because PayPal is running some additional checks to ensure there is no fraud/or customer request for refund. It should be with you in a few days and you can see it in the app as "held" but could take up to 21 days to recieve.
