Error while paying vendor with payment link without an account with email adress

Hi,
I received a payment link from a vendor but when I'm trying to connect myself I receive the following message of error (see image). I have a business user account that was created for me in order to process payment with the permission rights to process payments.
The userID to connect to the account is not my email adress so I can't connect myself.
Anyone know that solution to this problem?

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post.
When you are added as a user onto a business account, you must login with your email address, not username. When the account holder added you as a user, you would have received an email to activate your account. This is the email address you need to use to login.
If you did not receive an email, it could mean you were not successfully added as a user. Please advise the account owner to follow the steps here.
