Hello @TB1975,
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I can certainly understand how unauthorized / unrecognized activity on your account can be a bit concerning. Even though there may not have been any completed transactions, you may still want to report this activity to our PayPal Debit Card Customer Support to request a new card as well as update your PayPal password and security questions.
Best wishes,
- Jon K

This is happening to me as well. I hate the moderators half [Removed] response. What if the transaction was mistake on paypals end? Such as you using your bank card and since it's linked to paypal there was glitch. Your card information gotten stolen, or another scenario. I hate that the moderator gave a basic response assuming what happened. Why can't paypal JUST allow us to see what tranaction was attempted so we can verify if it was a glitch, a purchase you made or if your card was stolen. I want to go and use paypal more, but this lack of transparency is getting on my nerves, my bank would give me a notifcation if a tranaction was declined and what exactly was attempted to be purchased. I wish I had an answer for you but sadly I don't.
