It sounds like the payment may not have been authorized. When you place an order, our system does not register the amount as the funds are not taken instantly. Once the merchant attempts to capture the funds, the system denies the payment after pending if there are not enough funds in the available credit balance.
If this is the case, you would need to find the item for an amount that does not exceed your credit line or use a different funding source.
