ECHECK PENDING SINCE AUGUST 31 2023

I receive a payment from my client August 31, 2023 but until now it still says pending, my client checked with customer service and assured that it will be cleared by 9/8/2023, can customer service really check the exact the day it will be deposited to my paypal balance?

How long it takes has nothing to do with paypal, its your banks processing time that decides when paypal receive it.

Normally allow 5-7 business days.

@kernowlass but is there really a way that the customer service would know the exact posting date, since she assured us it will reflect today

They would know the date the person sent the funds but they would not know how long it would take to reach paypal as different banks have different processing times.
