Hi All
I have been charged twice for the same transaction. Any help would be appreciated as I cannot seem to get a response from PayPal.

I'm sorry that you've been charged twice for the same transaction. In this situation, it's best to File a Dispute. If you have any other questions, you can reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
