Hi, fellows! I'm waiting for receiving my first payment from Dreamstime photostock. It was send me money on 31st of October, but still haven't money on my PayPal balance. What can be the reason and when can I expect incoming money? Thank U in advance.
Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.
However the friends/family option is not available in every country so not every country could send you funds + the payment you are trying to receive would be classed as a goods/services payment.
You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
