Hi, I'm trying to withdraw funds from my PayPal account in USD to my local bank account. The bank is located in Europe, but the account is in USD. So there shouldn't be any conversion on the way. But the issue I'm facing is a double conversion: first PayPal converts funds from USD to EUR (using it's predatory exchange rate), and then my bank converts from EUR to USD again. In the end I get 20% less than it was. Is there any way to avoid double conversion?

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency.
