Doesn't have the option to confirm receipt

My buyer doesn't have the option to confirm receipt of the item to let me get my funds earlier, and the customer service is so slow to respond.

I see you're looking to access your funds which are on hold. Once you update the shipping information or mark the payment as processed, the buyer may have the option to confirm the delivery in their PayPal account and this confirm receipt option usually reflects 48 hours after the payment date. You can refer these articles to learn more about payment holds and the speed up process to get the funds.
