Does anyone know which stores will take payment from an 'OFFER' balance.

I was given a credit by Paypal and the representative put the credit in my wallet under  OFFERS. I cannot access that money in a store like Walmart because they authorize payments first. What stores can I use this money in?

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear there was some confusion using a voucher that was issued to you. Normally, a voucher can be used at your next online PayPal checkout. When you go to make a purchase online with PayPal, you should see the option to use your voucher first.

I am glad to see that someone is trying to help me. I have called Paypal two times concerning this issue and both times I was on the phone for more than 30 minutes with no resolution. I was told that I could use the voucher on Amazon the first time I called, which I now now is not possible. I was told that I could only use the voucher on sites that did not double check the payment  source, like ebay, the second time I called. I cannot access this voucher, this offer, on a site like Walmart or Walgreens so I have been unable to use it. The option to use the voucher never populates on a regular store site, at least not this voucher or not for me. Please help. Than you
