Does PayPal take a fee for payments from AirBnB? This would be into a PERSONAL PayPal account and this is incoming, not outgoing.

Paypal takes fees from any payments sent using the goods/services option.
They do not take a fee from the receiver for friends/family payments or refunds.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
