Dispute with a buyer

I want to clarify that I was not the seller involved in a recent transaction; rather, I was simply assisting with the transfer of funds through my PayPal account. The money was transferred from my PayPal to the seller's account as per our arrangement. Unfortunately, I am unable to provide a refund as I do not possess the funds anymore. I don't have any information contact and the individual he was corresponding with directly to request a refund, as I am not privy to the details of the transaction with them. I have made several attempts to reach out to the individual in question to resolve this matter, but unfortunately, I have been blocked instead. I dont know what to do because my balance is negative and is really frustrating.
