Didn't receive payment

I've been using remotasks for a while now, the site shows that the payment is sent but my paypal doesn't show the money i've received, wasn't notified too, and yes the email i added there is correct, what should i do?

It looks like you haven't received a transfer from the remotasks though you had entered a correct email. I recommend you to please get in touch with the website support from which the money was transferred so that they can assist you further.
