Didn’t receive money from third party

Hello, I’ve received an email from Paypal that someone sent me 11 $ to me, but need to take action in Resolution Center (nothing there) and my money are now nowhere. Can’t contact customer support (always unavailable). What should i do in that case? Best, Angel

Have you received money before?

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your paypal account?

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have you verified your paypal account?
