I don't use PayPal often. I received $200 in my PayPal account from a class action law suit. It asked me if I wanted to cash out to my bank account. I said yes, and then the money disappeared from my PayPal account but didn't show up in my bank account. The transaction indicated that the money had been transfered to a debit card that was from my bank, but didn't match the last 4 of my bank card. It doesn't give me the details of the card, like the name on the account. PayPal won't let me cancel the transaction. What can I do and how can I find out who the money went to?

Only you can add and confirm a card where the billing address matches the paypal account information and so funds can be withdrawn to it. So was it an old debit card as they have different numbers?

It very well may have been. I looked on my banks app, but I couldn't find a way to see the numbers of old debit cards. If this is the case, what will happen? It doesn't go through to my bank and is returned to my PayPal account?

If the old debit card is linked to the same bank account as your present debit card then it should still go through ok.
If not it should bounce back to your paypal balance.
I would allow 5-7 days and if no sign on balance or bank account contact customer services for a trace?

Ok. If it was one of my old debit cards, it would be linked to the same account. Nothing showing up in my account, though. I just can't see me linking anybody else's card to my account.
