Debit card transaction keeps declining.

Hi, I recently added my mastercard debit card (Indian) today which is enabled for international transaction. However when I went for a purchase afterward it said "check your account at mastercard before trying this card". I've tried three times but it isn't working. Please help me.

Did you confirm the card after adding it as per link?

Does the card have sufficient funds for the confirmation process?

Is it a virtual / digital card?

Yes the card is verified and has sufficient funds but it still showing this error.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear that the card is unable to be used in a purchase. In addition to the troubleshooting questions asked by @kernowlass, I'll also ask if your card has any sort of limitations on the types of things that can be purchased. If the type of transaction is incompatible with what's allowed by the issuing bank, that might cause a decline.

Since the error message directed you to check with MasterCard, I would suggest that you inquire with the card issuer to ensure that there are no reasons for the decline on their end before trying again.
